Battling Diseases in India Prevent, Not Panic

Indians are more concerned about their health. 1. Fixed Sleep Schedule


Sleep is a vital component to improve the overall health and well-being of a human. Have a sleep routine and follow it diligently in order to be more productive. The immune system, health of heart, creatively and many more are indirectly dependent on our sleep routine.

5. Be An Optimist

There is no use to be tense and nervous about anything in life. It can only worsen the mental and physical health of a person. Therefore it is important to have a positive attitude in life. This should be a habit that must be cultivated in everybody.
